The admin assistant will provides administrative support across tenancy management, billing, and tenant fit-out operations.
Job scope & Responsibilities
• Maintain records of fit-out plans, approvals, and progress reports
• Support handover of units to tenants, ensuring operational readiness
• Track project timelines and follow up on pending tasks or approvals
• Maintain proper filing (physical and digital) of tenancy, billing, and fit-out documents
• Support process improvements across tenancy, billing, and fit-out operation.
Qualification
Diploma or equivalent
