Duties & Responsibilities
Developing and implementing operational strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals.
Managing and supervising staff members to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver quality services.
Monitoring and analysing operational performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Developing and maintaining relationships with other stakeholders to ensure the organization has the resources needed to operate effectively.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
Leading projects and initiatives to improve operational processes and systems.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
Working Experiences
Minimum 8 years working experience.
Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of an organization, including budget management, staff supervision, process improvement, and project management.
Should have a strong understanding of operational processes and systems, and be able to effectively identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize operational efficiency.
Academic requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business administration/ operations management
Skill & Knowledge
The ability to manage and supervise staff members, provide direction and guidance, and motivate team members to achieve targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with staff members, stakeholders, and external partners effectively.
The ability to lead projects and initiatives to improve operational processes and systems, and deliver projects within specified timelines and budgets.
The ability to monitor and analyse operational performance data, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency.
The ability to identify and resolve complex operational problems using critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
A strong attention to detail and accuracy to ensure that all operational processes and procedures are executed flawlessly.
A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures
Proficiency in using computer systems and software to manage operational data and track performance metrics.
Must be computer literate and have knowledge in Microsoft Office.
