Role- Performance & Regression Tester

Role Type- 1+ Year Contract

Job Description-

• Ensure infrastructure meet performance, stability and reliability requirements through structured performance, load, stress and regression testing during migration and DR.
• Develop performance test strategies, scenarios and scripts aligned with business SLAs and application tiers.
• Execute load, stress, endurance, failover and scalability tests to validate readiness of new environments.
• Conduct end-to-end regression testing to ensure no functional degradation across migration waves. o Measure key performance baselines and compare pre- and post migration results.
• Use existing testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter).
• Work closely with application teams, infra solution architects and infrastructure teams to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimization.
• Document test results, provide performance reports and participate in go-live readiness assessments.
• Support DR testing, mock runs and cutover validation.
