Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow Contract Logistics business
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and markets
- Build long-term relationships with key customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
- Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements
- Achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Represent Maersk at industry events
- Provide sales forecasts and pipeline updates
- Drive continuous improvement using LEAN principles
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years' related experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or 3PL contract logistics
- Strong sales, negotiation, and commercial skills
- Understanding of supply chain and integrated logistics
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Strategic mindset with growth orientation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- LEAN mindset with focus on continuous improvement
