Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for an Intern in Operations [Admin], based in Petaling Jaya. The intern will support day-to-day administrative tasks, assist in operations management, coordinate projects, and collaborate with team members to streamline business processes. The role involves engaging with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and contribute to sales and business-related activities.

Requirement

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• Able to commit to a 6‑month internship.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple parties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic reporting tasks.
• Responsible, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.
