We are seeking a Business Analyst for a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs, defining technical and non-technical solutions, and bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. Key tasks include gathering and documenting requirements, refining workflows, assisting with project planning, and ensuring deliverables align with business goals. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver effective and tailored solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for gathering and interpreting business requirements
• Experience in workflow and process analysis, as well as drafting clear documentation
• Proficiency in communication and collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ability to liaise with technical teams
• Project management knowledge and organizational skills to ensure timely delivery of solutions
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in IT or software development industry preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
