Position Summary
This role is responsible to secure the sales growth and online brand presence of UNIQLO Malaysia. Develops digital marketing strategies and executions across paid channels - App, Affiliates, Display and Search, to drive new customer acquisition, sessions and sales growth across digital touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Performance Marketing in key paid digital channels - App, Affiliates, Display and Search to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, generate leads and increase sales.
- Responsible for creation and alignment of channel KPIs with local stakeholders and global headquarters in Japan.
- Responsible for media planning and creative direction, which aligns to the company calendar and overall. Also responsible for daily/ weekly/ monthly performance review and internal reporting.
- Responsible for cross-functional work with E-commerce department, product marketing, global headquarter in Japan. Also responsible for agency management.
- Responsible for developing new Digital Marketing channel/ media to enhance existing sales.
Requirements
- Possess a degree in any related field.
- With a least 5 years of digital performance marketing experiences.
- Experience of customer acquisition to digital platform/ website.
- Experienced of using ads platform such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads etc.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, and eager for new challenges.
