Your responsibilities:

• Perform daily sales reconciliation with high accuracy and on time
• Perform all relevant monthly reconciliations includes banks, cash in hand, and eCommerce reports
• Perform payment processing functions such as preparing banking transactions
• Ensure petty cash transactions are properly recorded and monitored
• Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system
• Manage and facilitate communication between the company and external partners
• Other accounting duties as assigned from time to time

You are:

• Accounting or Finance educational background
• Good in Excel (VLookup, Pivot must know)
• Good at communication and business writing
• Dependable & responsible
• Detailed-oriented
