Technical Sales Engineer (Junior / Senior) – Energy Efficiency & Advanced Insulation Solutions

We’re now looking for a Technical Sales Engineer (TSE), someone who can bridge engineering insight with commercial impact.

We are hiring for this role at multiple levels. The final position title (Junior or Senior TSE) will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, technical capability, and demonstrated track record.

This is not a desk-based role, it’s for someone who enjoys being on-site, engaging with engineers, and uncovering opportunities where better insulation, smarter materials, and sharper engineering can make a measurable difference.

What we're looking for

• Familier with PREFCHEM Plant
• Engineering background (Mechanical / Chemical / Marine or related)
• Experience in technical sales, business development, or plant/project environments
• Strong understanding of plant operations & stakeholder dynamics
• Confident in client engagement and commercial discussions
• Open to travel across Malaysia
