Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Previous experience in account management or B2B sales, specifically within the HORECA, Hospital, or Food Safety sectors, is highly preferred.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

  • Proficiency in spoken Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and contract negotiation processes.
  • Familiarity with industry standards related to food safety or laboratory services.

Soft Skills & Qualities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport with people from various backgrounds.
  • A proactive and energetic mindset, with a focus on providing helpful solutions rather than just making a sale.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret account data and turn it into actionable growth plans.

Responsibilities:

B2B Account Management & Strategy

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners to help us build genuine, long-term trust and loyalty.
  • Develop tailored account plans and strategies to help us achieve our growth targets while ensuring our clients receive the exact solutions they need.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your portfolio, allowing you to maximize the value we provide to every client.


Market Intelligence & Growth

  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor moves so that we can together stay ahead of the curve and offer the most relevant advice.
  • Negotiate service agreements and contracts to ensure favorable terms for both our partners and our team.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to help us identify areas where we can improve our service delivery.

Collaborative Operations

  • Work closely with our sales, marketing, and operations departments to ensure alignment, allowing you to provide a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Act as the bridge between client feedback and our internal teams so that we can constantly refine our offerings based on real-world needs.
