Role Overview

We are looking for an intern with a growth mindset and agility to join our FP&A Centre of Excellence (COE). This role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to both the Reporting and Planning functions within a large, multi-business landscape (encompassing Grocery, Food Services and Others). You will be a key support our ongoing Finance Transformation journey, assisting the team as we migrate to new ways of working.

• Reporting & Planning Support: Assist in the end-to-end cycle of management reporting and financial planning. This includes data collection, variance analysis, and helping to prepare the financials to be used by Business Partners to drive strategic actions.
• Systems Transformation: Support the team in digital transition, including participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), verifying data accuracy between systems, and documenting new workflows.
• Data & Dashboard Maintenance: Help maintain and update automated dashboards and assist in L1 commentaries. Ensure that financial data is accurate, timely, and ready for management review.
• Flexible Deployment: As part of a dynamic COE, you will be deployed to support various business units or cross-functional projects based on organizational priorities.
• Process Documentation: Assist in standardizing processes by documenting SOPs and training materials for new system features.
