Intern - Merchandiser (Beauty Love)
Location: Wisma UOA 2, Kuala Lumpur
Duration: 3-6 months

About the role
This internship aims to provide the candidate with hands‑on exposure to merchandising operations, including product item creation, PO or shipment tracking, sales analysis, and coordination with logistic. The placement supports the team by improving workflow efficiency during the 3-6 months support periods while giving the intern meaningful experience in retail merchandising fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Item Master Support

• Assist in preparing SKU creation and update product listings e.g. newness and delist lists.

PO & Inventory Coordination

• Support in raising PO, track shipment statuses and update arrival timelines in shared trackers.

Sales & Performance Reporting

• Consolidate monthly sales data for supervisor analysis.

Administrative & Documentation Tasks

• Maintain accurate and updated trackers. Organize departmental documents. Support meeting preparation: setting up agendas or meeting, taking minutes, and follow up-notes.

Technical Skills/Knowledge Requirements:

• Degree in Fashion Merchandising / Retail Management / Business Administration / Marketing / Finance / Accounting / Inventory / Logistics or other related disciplines.
• Good understanding of retail merchandising principles, including assortment planning, stock allocation, inventory management, and sales analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, sales tracking, and data management.
