Overview

We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn RPA Intern to support our automation initiatives. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are interested in Robotic Process Automation and business process improvement. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to automation concepts, tools, and real-world use cases under close mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand basic RPA and automation concepts.
• Assist in designing, developing, testing, and documenting simple automation workflows.
• Work with business and technical teams to understand process requirements.
• Support document preparation activities such as data organization, formatting, and validation for automation.
• Perform testing and basic troubleshooting of automation workflows.
• Maintain proper documentation for developed automations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Exposure to any scripting or programming concepts (Python, VBA, etc.).
• Understanding of business processes or workflow automation concepts.
• Basic understanding of automation and RPA concepts.
• Awareness of RPA tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, or similar (hands-on experience is a plus but not mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
