Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service appointments professionally.
- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle servicing, maintenance, and feedback.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with service advisors, technicians and aftersales team.
- Prepare customer reports, service reminders, and documentation.
- Manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email communications.
- Assist in customer retention and after-sales service activities.
- Ensure customer records are updated accurately in the system.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Experience in automotive/customer service is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented personality.
