Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development and Delivery:
- Regularly visit retail locations to understand the nuances, changing needs and motivations of the operations team to plan training accordingly
- Coordinate with respective Country Manager to plan and publish monthly training Calendar
- Operational Trainings - Develop and deliver country-specific training to address local needs including domain, technical and behavioral sessions, in-person and virtual.
- Organizational Trainings – Plan and delivery corporate initiative linked trainings
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work with Country Manager, regional HR, and partners’ representatives to ensure training meets busines needs and brand expectations.
- Trainer Development: Identify and coach a network of site-based trainers to maintain high training standards.
- Data Management and Reporting: Track, analyse, and report training outcomes, updating training records to support decision-making and compliance.
- Content Development: Regularly (once in three months) review the current training content benchmark with other regions, update and enrich the training contents and delivery methodology.
- Brand Partnership: Liaise with brand partners to ensure training content aligns with their standards and continuously refine programs to meet industry trends.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
