QA Exec

Responsibility

• Responsible on ISO documentation.
• Review and approve all document change requests, ensuring compliance with established procedures
• Support any lab testing conduct for product development, samples, in process
• Assist QA manager to manage internal audit for ISO, GMP & HACCP management systems.
• Support internal and external audits, providing requested documentation and records.
• Train Quality Control Inspectors to be more effective and efficient in their daily quality inspection activities.
• Give collaboration with operation team in rectifying issues relating to product quality.
• Support on customer complaint investigation and responsible for update and follow-up on the Non-conformance corrective action for its effective closures.
• Manage DMR, RMA process and analysis of customer goods return.
• Carry out the task/project assigned by QA Manager and Management from time to time

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's in Science, Food Technology, Quality, or related fields.
• Experience:3-5 years in Quality Assurance/Control, depending on the seniority, often in regulated sectors.
• Quality Systems: Familiarity with GMP, ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001), HACCP, Halal, and regulatory requirements.
• Technical Skills: Laboratory testing, documentation, Quality Management Systems (QMS), root cause analysis (Fishbone, 5 Whys).
• Software: Proficiency in MS Office, potentially ERP systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
