This role is ideal for a skilled videographer passionate about capturing the unique features of residential and commercial properties in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The primary focus is to produce high-quality promotional videos that enhance the online presence of a real estate agent and attract potential buyers. The position offers the opportunity for ongoing collaboration, supporting a growing portfolio of properties with engaging visual content tailored for digital platforms.

Deliverables

• Film and edit promotional videos for various properties, highlighting key selling points and unique features.
• Collaborate closely with the real estate agent to understand property details and desired messaging.
• Ensure all video content is optimized for online platforms, including social media and property listing sites.
• Manage on-site shoots, including setup, lighting, and audio as needed.
• Deliver final edited videos within agreed timelines, maintaining consistent quality and branding.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography, preferably with a portfolio showcasing real estate or architectural projects.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to create engaging content for digital audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to capture properties in their best light.
• Must be based in or near Petaling Jaya, Malaysia; on-site work is required and applicants must not require long-distance travel.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
