What You’ll Do
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations and order coordination.
- Review customer orders and monitor delivery arrangements.
- Coordinate shipment arrangements, export documentation and logistics activities.
- Liaise closely with customers, agents and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide prompt solutions.
- Support customer meetings, presentations and factory visits.
- Monitor customers’ accounts, collections, KPI achievements and sales performance.
- Maintain customer portals, reports, records and operational data.
What You Need
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, International Marketing, Business Studies, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field and/or the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge in Export Incoterm, shipping procedures, and logistics coordination will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Good command of English, both written and spoken; Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
