We’re hiring Web Engineers across different levels, from hands-on developers to senior leads. Whether you’re building your foundation or already guiding teams, you’ll be working on real systems, real users, and real production code. No sandbox fantasy projects here.

What you’ll be doing

• Build, maintain, and enhance internal web systems and CRM workflows
• Work on existing codebases (yes, including legacy) to debug, improve, and scale
• Develop features across frontend, backend, and system integrations
• Write and optimize MySQL queries (joins included, no shortcuts)
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards
• Senior/Lead) Drive architecture decisions, code reviews, and technical direction
• (Senior/Lead) Lead daily development, sprint planning, and delivery timelines
• Collaborate with product, QA, business users, and DevOps
• Handle testing (SIT/UAT), bug fixes, releases, and deployments
• Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and system scalability
• (Senior/Lead) Mentor junior developers and support team growth

What we’re looking for

• Junior: 1–3 years | Senior/Lead: 4–7 years of web development experience
• Strong in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with MySQL (queries, joins)
• Familiar with MVC frameworks and REST APIs
• Comfortable with Git and version control workflows
• Able to work with existing / legacy systems without complaining too much
• Understanding of secure development practices
• Exposure to cloud, CI/CD, or DevOps is a plus
• (Senior/Lead) Experience guiding teams or supporting leadership responsibilities
• Strong ownership, communication, and delivery mindset
