Role Description

The full-time Assistant Activation & Planning Manager is an on-site role based in our Bangsar South office. This role involves assisting in the activation and planning of Field Marketing campaigns, including supervising on-the-ground execution, managing promoters and field marketers, and monitoring campaign deliverables and performance. Responsibilities also include developing activation strategies, coordinating closely with internal teams and clients, tracking campaign progress, and ensuring alignment with set objectives and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills
• Experience in activation strategy development and campaign execution
• Proficiency in managing promoters, field marketers, and on-ground teams
• Knowledge of retail audits, mystery shopping, and event management processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in using relevant tools and software for project management and data analysis
• Attention to detail with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or other relevant fields
• Previous experience in Field Marketing or a similar role is an advantage
