Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Elmina, Shah Alam for an E-Commerce Key Accounts Executive/Manager. The role involves managing key accounts on e-commerce platforms, developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring account performance, and ensuring business growth. Responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams for supply chain and inventory oversight, analyzing sales data to identify trends, and ensuring excellent client and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with stakeholders to drive commercial campaigns and manage promotional activities will also form a core part of the role.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management
  • Strong proficiency in e-Commerce platform operations (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok), campaign management, and online sales strategies
  • Analytical skills for monitoring sales performance and developing data-driven insights
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce tools and relevant software for managing operations and data
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
  • Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is an added advantage


Job Requirements

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, number sense and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel *MUST*)
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player while being a self-motivated person
  • Faster learner and self-starter with a creative and proactive mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
