Position : Service Crew

Work Location : 18 Lab, Elmina Lakeside Mall, Shah Alam

Job Purpose

To support daily café operations by delivering efficient and friendly service, ensuring a positive experience for members and guests in line with KLGCC standards and 18 LAB branding.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to customers.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle basic customer requests.
• Maintain service standards in line with KLGCC values and 18 LAB Coffee standards.
• Assist in day-to-day café operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food according to SOPs.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of service areas at all times.
• Support opening and closing procedures of the café.
• Assist in stock replenishment and basic inventory checks.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food, beverages, and supplies.
• Minimize wastage and report low stock levels to Supervisor.
• Support ongoing promotions and upsell products when appropriate.
• Ensure promotional displays are properly set up and maintained.
• Assist in café events, pop-ups, and catering services when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in F&B or customer service (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
