Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Executive Human Resources, based in Subang Jaya. The Junior Executive will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, including administering HR policies, managing employee relations, maintaining HR records, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and contributing to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of Human Resources principles, including HR Management, HR Operations, and HR Policies
• Skills in Employee Relations and the ability to facilitate a positive work environment
• Effective organizational and multitasking abilities with a strong attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
• Proficiency in relevant HR software and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in handling HR especially in payroll and HR operations in retail, sports, or related industries is an advantage
