About the Role

Charge N Go is looking for an Electrical Engineering Intern to support utility applications, regulatory documentation, and permitting coordination for EV charging infrastructure projects.

This role is suitable for students from Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related fields who are organized, detail-oriented, and interested in learning about TNB applications, ST licence processes, site coordination, and project operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, compiling, and tracking documents for TNB meter applications
• Support ST licence application and renewal documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, vendors, and relevant authorities
• Maintain proper records, trackers, folders, and submission documentation
• Assist in arranging and supporting site walks, inspections, and project documentation
• Help follow up on application status, approvals, missing documents, and required updates
• Support the operations team in ensuring submissions are complete, accurate, and timely
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to project execution
• Help ensure compliance with regulatory, authority, and company requirements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related fields
• Basic understanding of electrical systems or site/project documentation is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage documents properly
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to follow up with multiple stakeholders professionally
• Willing to learn about TNB applications, ST licence processes, permitting, and EV charging infrastructure
• Comfortable supporting both office-based documentation and site-related coordination when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship, coursework, or project experience related to electrical systems, project coordination, permitting, documentation, or operations
• Familiarity with basic technical drawings, electrical documentation, or site workflows
• Experience using Excel or Google Sheets to maintain trackers
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Interest in EV charging, infrastructure, energy, or sustainability
