Responsibilities



Prepare AutoCAD drawings for glass, aluminium, and related construction works


Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, as-built drawings, and other technical drawings as required


Amend construction/shop drawings based on site conditions, consultant comments, or client requirements


Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, site supervisors, and project teams on drawing details


Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, site requirements, and submission deadlines


Check drawings for accuracy, dimensions, material specifications, and installation details


Maintain proper filing and version control of drawings and related documents


Attend site meetings, coordination meetings, or site inspections when required


Assist with material take-off, quantity checks, and drawing-related documentation


Support management and project teams with ad-hoc drafting and technical tasks



Requirements



Proficient in AutoCAD


Able to read and understand construction drawings


Experience in glass, aluminium, façade, or construction industry will be an advantage


Able to work independently and meet deadlines


Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn


Basic computer skills for drawing filing and documentation


Able to communicate with site teams, suppliers, and project personnel



Preferred Candidates



Prior experience in glass and aluminium works preferred


Immediate availability will be an advantage
