Medien Maxtrack is a growing digital respiratory and sleep monitoring ecosystem focused on home-based oxygen monitoring, sleep solutions, and digital patient adherence support.

We are looking for an energetic and commercially driven Business Development Executive to support our growth across pharmacy, clinic, and corporate channels.

About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will help drive business growth by building relationships, supporting partnerships, and expanding adoption of Medien Maxtrack solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, relationship-oriented, and interested in growing within healthcare business development.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Partnerships

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across pharmacies, clinics, and corporate clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support partnership discussions, proposals, and follow-up activities
- Assist in onboarding and activation of new partners

---

Sales & Market Expansion

- Support sales initiatives and business expansion plans
- Maintain pipeline tracking and opportunity management
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate promotional and outreach activities

Client & Partner Management

- Support existing partners to improve engagement and activation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Gather market insights and customer feedback

---

Requirements

- 2–5 years experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account management
- Healthcare, pharma, medical device, or wellness experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, organized, and target-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow in healthcare solutions business
