Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction / Engineering
• Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided)
• Experience in construction works is an advantage
• Strong in Excel (must know formulas & costing structure)
• AutoCAD knowledge is a bonus
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and disciplined
• And willing to learn attitude 

We are looking for a hands-on Quantity Surveyor to manage costing, quotations, and project financial control for roofing and metal works.

Key Responsibilities

• Tendering & Quotation
  -Study drawings, BQ, and specifications. Prepare detailed cost estimation 
• Cost Control & Profit Protection
  -Monitor project cost vs budget
• Contract & Claims
  -Assist in final account closing
• Coordination
  -Work closely with Project Coordinator & site team, suppliers and subcontractors
