Responsibilities:

· Oversee operations and control of production.

· Responsible for Production Planning and scheduling.

· Ensure that product is strictly produced according to product specifications and standard operating procedures.

· Monitor and implement effective corrective and preventive action for non-conformances of product or process.

· Improve Productivity through workforce optimization and overtime control.

· Arrange On-the job training for new worker, line leaders and operators.

· Conduct trouble-shooting problems in production area.

· Promote safety awareness in production and to minimize industrial accidents.

· Perform additional or new responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

· Perform ERP system according to standard operating procedure.

· Design sheet metal parts, assemblies, and enclosures using CAD software (AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Inventor).

· Prepare fabrication drawings including flat patterns, bend details, tolerances, and welding specifications.

· Develop BOMs, routing, and manufacturing documentation for production.

· Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to optimize fabrication processes.

· Project Coordination

· Coordinate engineering activities from design to production release.

· Liaise with customers, production, QA, and procurement on technical requirements.

· Support prototype, engineering changes, and technical troubleshooting.

· Manufacturing Support

· Work closely with production team to resolve design and fabrication issues.

· Participate in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

· Prepare technical reports and project documentation.

Requirements:

· Diploma or higher.

· Preferably within 3-5 years of working experiences in manufacturing environment.

· Possess leadership skill to lead a group of production leader, technician, operator to carry out production duties.

· Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Good interpersonal skill

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
