Job Summary

As a Store Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse or store within a manufacturing facility in CEPCO. This role ensures efficient inventory management, accurate stock control, timely material issuance to production, and compliance with safety and operational standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store/warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and issuance of materials
• Ensure timely supply of raw materials and components to production lines to avoid disruptions
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation of all stock movements
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to minimize loss, damage, or obsolescence.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for material planning and replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage practices (FIFO/FEFO) and material handling procedures
• Lead, train, and supervise store personnel to ensure productivity and compliance
• Enforce workplace safety standards, housekeeping (5S), and company policies
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and store performance
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse supervision, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with inventory software, or warehouse management systems.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Forklift driving certification is an added advantage

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
