Job Summary

As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for the execution of the full spectrum of Maintenance related duties for CEPCO. Purpose is to ensure machinery is good performing with low occurring breakdown

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.
• Control on preventive maintenance planning.
• Control on maintenance & mould repair ISO document.
• Control on preventive mould repair planning.
• To assist ordering maintenance & mould repair spare part.
• To perform equipment calibration recall and ensure the equipment are calibrated on time.
• To perform, coordinate & arrange for equipment JKKP inspection.Report to factory manager regarding issues resolved, those needing attention and those currently in progress.
• Prepare maintenance expenditure monthly report.
• Liaise & coordinate with supplier on motor, rotor, coil & hoist rewinding works.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Familiarity with maintenance planning systems or CMMS is an advantage.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and maintenance best practices.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, or emergency call-outs when required.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
