Job Summary

As a Maintenance Assistant Supervisor you will be responsible for the execution of the full spectrum of Maintenance related duties for CEPCO. Purpose is to ensure machinery is good performing with low occurring breakdown

Job Responsibilities

• Daily report for mould repair.
• Develop maintenance preventive procedure.
• Inspect building, equipment to identify any issues.
• Identify mechanical problems and solve them.
• Following standard operation procedure.
• To assist supervisor to control the maintenance team

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in maintenance operations within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Basic supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance reporting systems or CMMS is an added advantage.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
