Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Professional Development Executive to support the planning and coordination of our training programs. If you enjoy working with people, organizing events, and making a positive impact through learning, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage training programs and events
• Communicate with clients, trainers, and internal teams
• Prepare training materials, reports, and feedback forms
• Support marketing and promotion of training events
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of training sessions

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Education, HR, or related field
• 1 year of work experience preferred (fresh grads are welcome)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
