岗位职责
1. Assist in the preparation of the company’s resume and necessary documents for pre-qualification exercises, ensuring all submissions meet relevant standards and requirements.
2. Prepare subcontractors’ claims for verification by the project manager or contracts manager, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual obligations.
3. Develop and maintain the PQP for each individual project, including proper documentation filing to ensure organized and accessible records.
4. Provide support to the Contract Manager in resolving contract issues as needed, facilitating effective contract administration.
5. Assist the project manager in preparing site progress reports and any necessary documentation, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of project status.
6. Help the project manager or contract manager follow up on all authority submission statuses, securing approval letters and liaising with relevant specialist contractors as required.
7. Assist the project manager in preparing any documents necessary for project execution, ensuring all required materials are ready for implementation.
8. Assist to develop a comprehensive plan to monitor and track project progress, utilizing project management tools and methodologies to ensure objectives are met.
9. Support the project manager and contract manager in following up on all necessary documentation, ensuring timely completion and submission.
10. Assist the project manager or contract manager in liaising with relevant consultants regarding the issuance of CPC (Certificate of Practical Completion) and CMGD (Certificate of Material Good Delivery) certificates.
11. Monitoring, maintaining and update Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
12. Act as the appointed Internal Auditor, conducting audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
13. Ensure proper implementation and maintenance of ISO-related records, promoting compliance with organizational standards and quality management practices.
14. Participate in and undertake ad-hoc assignments as directed by the management.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
