We are looking for an experienced Barista who is capable of setting up and operating a small kiosk coffee shop. The ideal candidate must be hands-on, independent, and able to manage daily operations from setup to service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee beverages (espresso-based & manual brew)
• Set up coffee kiosk from scratch (equipment arrangement, workflow, menu basics)
• Handle daily kiosk operations (opening, closing, cleanliness)
• Manage stock (coffee beans, milk, cups, ingredients)
• Maintain coffee quality and consistency
• Provide good customer service and handle walk-in customers
• Operate POS / handle cash transactions
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years experience as a barista
• Experience in setting up a coffee kiosk or small café is REQUIRED
• Basic knowledge of coffee extraction, milk texturing & grinder adjustment
• Able to work independently and solve problems on-site
• Good attitude, responsible, and punctual
• Able to handle fast-paced environment

LOCATION : SEKSYEN 7, SHAH ALAM

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
