Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma in any field.
Min. 3 years of working experience preferably in related field.
Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools
Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
Creative, innovative thinker and good market awareness
Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
Familiar with AI tools to support design, idea generation, and work efficiency.
3D drawing skills / Graphic design skills as an added advantage

Responsible for brand offline space design and sample production, ensuring the quality and consistency with the brand's visual tone.
Set up visually inspiring in-store retail displays (window, counter, display rack design etc.) which reflect and uphold brand identity.
Staying up to date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure that our designs and merchandising are current and innovative.
Work closely with marketing to craft, conceptualize and execute persuasive, effective and impactful thematic, seasonal graphic design visual work to support the brand’s marketing endeavors.
Possess strong market awareness, staying updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to ensure designs remain relevant and aligned with current trends.
Utilize AI tools to support visual merchandising concepts, design development, and workflow efficiency.
Coordinate with suppliers/vendors on campaign materials and props productions.
To support retail training and planogram materials
To conduct store visits/checklist to oversee overall store aesthetic and visual guidelines, adhere and meet all time.
