Bachelor’s Degree in Science background, i.e Chemistry, Biochemistry
At least 3-5 years of experience

We are looking for a Chemist who will play a crucial role in managing the chemistry section of the laboratory, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of analytical results. The Chemist will supervise a team of 4-5 Quality Assurance Assistants, fostering a professional and efficient work environment.

• Organize and oversee all analytical activities within the chemistry section, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.
• Provide first‑line supervision to laboratory personnel, fostering a professional environment for analytical work.
• Enhance the skills and methods of the laboratory team through continuous training and performance reviews.
• Implement and maintain quality systems in compliance with MS ISO IEC17025 and Nestlé standards.
• Offer guidance on Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and internal control plans to ensure optimal laboratory functioning.

• Degree in a Science background (i.e., Chemistry, Biochemistry).
• Minimum of 3-5 years in laboratory work handling sophisticated instruments (such as ICP-OES, ICP-MS, GC, HPLC etc) with a preference for registered chemists with IKM.
