岗位职责

The ideal candidate will be able to:


  • Proactively seek out and acquire new clients, driving the growth of our Engineering Solutions businesses.
  • Accurately identify the needs, developing and nurturing relationships with both existing and potential customers, primarily within the engineering and manufacturing industries.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by guiding clients towards successful outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with both clients and internal team members to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.


Responsibilities: -

  1. Develop new accounts, services existing Customers; expand product range and usage in the assigned territory with a proactive mindset that focuses on exceeding sales growth.
  2. Ensure personal sales target is met.
  3. Cultivate strong relationship with customer.
  4. Able to organize and plan proper scheduling sales activities.
  5. Manage existing customers and prospect of new customers’ especially targeted market in engineering and manufacturing industries.
  6. Ensure timely and accurate forecast – monthly and quarterly.
  7. Maintain healthy pipeline (sales funnel) size – 3x of target.
  8. Timely and accurate submission of report (Eg, sales activity report etc).
  9. Execute the objectives of the BFT sales activities to ensure good sales management.
  10. Prepare sales report as required by the business unit head or management.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Mechanical/Mechatronic or any Engineering related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in sales preferably selling into manufacturing, engineering, automotive, aviation, aerospace, tool & die, tooling etc industries.
  • Experience in selling engineering software, products or services (E.g., Catia, UG NX, CAE, Solidworks, Autodesk, CAD, Factory Automation, Industrial Automation, IoT, CNC etc.) are a bonus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Sales driven and good customer support
  • Has own transport will be an added advantage.
