Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Supervisor, based in Petaling Jaya. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, including managing shipping and receiving processes, monitoring inventory levels, and supervising material handling procedures. Responsibilities also include enforcing safety regulations, ensuring warehouse efficiency, and coordinating with team members to optimize logistics performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, with experience in leading and managing warehouse teams
• Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving and Material Handling methods
• Knowledge of Inventory Control processes and techniques
• Experience with Forklift Operation and other warehouse equipment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in a warehouse setting
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience in logistics or warehousing, particularly in medical or ICT sectors, is advantageous
