Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shipping Coordinator located in Petaling Jaya. The Shipping Coordinator will oversee shipping and receiving operations, manage export processes, maintain inventory control, and ensure the timely and accurate flow of goods. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, liaising with customers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining operational efficiency. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Shipping & Receiving processes and strong knowledge of Export procedures
• Proficiency in Customer Service with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Inventory Control processes and attention to detail in recordkeeping
• Forklift Operation skills, with certification being an advantage
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping documentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics/warehouse management software
