We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive intern to support membership operations for a professional certification institute. You will assist and support with membership applications, data management, communication with members, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in updating member records to maintain database accuracy
- Track renewal status and assist in follow-up communications
- Assist with Preparation of Digital Certificates
- Perform general administrative duties including document management, and data entry
- Assist in membership reports for management
- Support with email and phone enquiries from members and applicants
- Assist in drafting membership emails, notices, and follow-up messages
- Support with onboarding process for new members
