Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

ROSYFOXY is a fast growing skincare brand expanding across Malaysia, Singapore and international markets. We are looking for a hands on digital marketing person to help grow our brand through Facebook, Instagram, influencer collaborations, Meta Ads, AI assisted marketing and website updates.
This role is suitable for someone who is creative, fast moving, organized and comfortable using modern marketing tools, including AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow ROSYFOXY’s Facebook and Instagram presence.
- Plan content ideas, captions, campaign angles, skincare education posts, founder stories, product storytelling and promotional campaigns.
- Search, contact and coordinate with influencers, KOLs, KOCs, creators and affiliate partners.
- Plan and manage influencer collaborations, product seeding, review campaigns and performance tracking.
- Set up, monitor and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for Facebook and Instagram.
- Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Meta Ads tools to brainstorm ad angles, captions, hooks, scripts, audience ideas and campaign strategies.
- Assist with website updates on Wix and Shopify, including product pages, banners, landing pages, promotions, blog posts and basic content changes.
- Track marketing performance, including ad results, engagement, conversion, influencer results and website updates.
- Work closely with the founder to turn ROSYFOXY’s skincare science, ingredient transparency and brand story into strong marketing content.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, e commerce or beauty brand marketing.
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads Manager and influencer marketing.
- Able to write good captions, campaign titles, content ideas and marketing angles.
- Basic knowledge of Wix, Shopify, Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for marketing support.
- Good understanding of beauty, skincare, lifestyle or consumer products.
- Able to work independently, move fast and report clearly.
- Good English. Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
Bonus Skills
- Experience in skincare, beauty, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada or DTC e commerce.
- Experience creating landing pages or improving product pages.
- Experience with email marketing, WhatsApp marketing or CRM.
- Experience working with influencers in Malaysia, Singapore or Southeast Asia.
- Basic photo or video editing skills.
