岗位职责

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle customer complaints, concerns, and issues by providing suitable solutions and alternatives, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Understand the company's products and services to offer accurate information and assist with customer inquiries.
  • Assist customers with order processing, cancellation, amendment, return, and exchange as per company policy.
  • Update and maintain customer account information, including contact details, billing information, and order history.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and support for products or services, guiding customers through solutions step by step.
  • Collect feedback from customers and provide insights to management for service improvements and process enhancements.
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g. sales, after sales, logistics, procurement & warehouse) to ensure seamless customer service and resolve issues effectively.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved and to offer further assistance if necessary.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team-based customer service goals, such as response times, issue resolution times, and customer satisfaction.
  • Bookkeeping & filing of documents.
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess min Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field preferably with working experience in logistics, warehouse, e-commerce will be an added advantage.
  • Good written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Computer literate, preferably with knowledge of MS Office, and MS Excel
  • Experience in order processing / data entry.
  • Strong telephone communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to accept challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
