KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle customer complaints, concerns, and issues by providing suitable solutions and alternatives, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Understand the company's products and services to offer accurate information and assist with customer inquiries.
- Assist customers with order processing, cancellation, amendment, return, and exchange as per company policy.
- Update and maintain customer account information, including contact details, billing information, and order history.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and support for products or services, guiding customers through solutions step by step.
- Collect feedback from customers and provide insights to management for service improvements and process enhancements.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g. sales, after sales, logistics, procurement & warehouse) to ensure seamless customer service and resolve issues effectively.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved and to offer further assistance if necessary.
- Meet or exceed individual and team-based customer service goals, such as response times, issue resolution times, and customer satisfaction.
- Bookkeeping & filing of documents.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess min Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field preferably with working experience in logistics, warehouse, e-commerce will be an added advantage.
- Good written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Computer literate, preferably with knowledge of MS Office, and MS Excel
- Experience in order processing / data entry.
- Strong telephone communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to accept challenges.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
