· Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large sets of data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to drive business decisions.

· Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively present data findings and communicate key insights to stakeholders, including management and other departments.

· Data Modeling and Forecasting: Build and maintain data models and conduct forecasting and predictive analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities for the business.

· Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and requirements, and translate them into actionable data analysis and reporting solutions.

· Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate business performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of strategies, initiatives, and projects, and provide recommendations for improvement.

· Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by implementing data quality checks and collaborating with relevant teams to address data-related issues.

· Data Mining and Extraction: Utilize data mining techniques and tools to extract meaningful insights and patterns from complex data sets, and present findings to drive strategic decision-making.

· Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to business intelligence and data analysis, and propose innovative solutions to improve data analysis processes and methodologies.

· Departmental Support: Provide support and to assist for all or any kinds of digitalization process within the company.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
