EQUIREMENTS
Candidates with equivalent experience or transferable skills will be considered.
• Managing and growing client accounts
• Coordinating campaigns and marketing deliverables
• Building long-term client relationships
• Handling client escalations and expectations professionally
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high satisfaction and
retention.
• Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable briefs for internal teams.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of client projects, from onboarding to reporting.
• Conduct regular client meetings, updates, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure timely and quality
delivery.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow client accounts.
• Prepare professional proposals, presentations, and reports for client communication.
• Monitor client feedback and proactively resolve issues to maintain strong partnerships.
