We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Management Trainee program. You’ll be trained across key areas of restaurant operations, customer service, and business management.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in daily operations and lead shifts as section-in-charge
Lead and motivate the team, conduct briefings
Support strategic planning, outlet growth, and menu development
Oversee cost control, purchasing, and inventory
Champion service innovation and enhance customer experience
Leverage technology and drive e-business initiatives
Manage systems, processes, and external service providers
Ensure site, equipment, and maintenance are optimized
Deliver excellent guest service – handle inquiries, feedback, and POS system
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food quality standards
Coordinate orders and ensure timely delivery of food & beverages
