Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Full-Time - 5 days/week (Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in event planning and implementation from time to time
• Coordinate with supplier or contractor on event management, equipment hires and organizing event facilities
• Involve in all related business development activities such as organizing, attending/representative company event, product presentations, marketing material creation and other activities
• Assist in video editing and post-production after event/activities
• Involve in coordinating manpower requirements for event, liaising with Publication Department on production of marketing tools to promote the event
• Involve in on-going or ad-hoc or project from time to time

Qualifications

• Diploma or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a major in communications, commerce or marketing
• 1 year working experience in Promotion and Marketing
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good command of written English and Mandarin
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage
• Independent, aggressive and outgoing
• Willing to travel outstation
• Excellent organizational skills, clear communication and attention to details
• Work well as part of the team ensuring smooth and efficient running of event
