Role Description

1. Develop & execute day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth running of production work and good quality of products.

2. Effective in managing & supervising people, providing safety and SOP training.

3. Execute & coordinate the daily inspection, maintenance, repairing and upgrading of equipment and machinery.

4. Provide innovation ideas to improve the production process or any sub-activities.

5. Prepare & submit production reports regularly as required.

6. Other ad-hoc task assigned by the management.

Qualifications

• Possess good leadership to achieve company goals & objectives.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial /Electrical /Mechanical /Mechatronics /Chemical) or equivalent;
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts.

Working Hours

• Mon to Fri: 08:00-17:00
• Alternate Saturday: 08:00-14:00
