 Job Title: On-Site Robotics Teleoperator

Location: On-site in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

About the Role

We are looking for an on-site Robotics Teleoperator to control robotic systems in real time during testing, demonstrations, and deployment activities. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-minded, and comfortable working hands-on with advanced robotic hardware and software. You will help ensure robots are operated accurately, consistently, and safely while supporting engineering and product development.

What You’ll Do

• Operate robots in real time using control interfaces such as VR headsets and HMIs
• Execute predefined robot tasks, motion sequences, and test scenarios with precision.
• Collect, label, and organize operational data and test results.
• Assist with robot setup, calibration, startup, shutdown, and routine equipment checks.
• Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines at all times.
• Provide feedback on control responsiveness, usability, and workflow improvements.
• Support live demos, field tests, and customer-site deployments as needed.

Preferred Experience

• Background in robotics testing, field operations, or data collection.
• Experience giving feedback on user interfaces or teleoperation workflows.
• Experience operating robotic systems, teleoperation platforms, or similar hands-on technical equipment.
