岗位职责
Manage and process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Handle HR-related matters, including liaising with government agencies such as Immigration Department of Malaysia, Department of Labor of Peninsular Malaysia(JTK), and other relevant authorities
Coordinate statutory contributions and ensure compliance with regulations, including Employees Provident Fund Malaysia, Social Security Organization Malaysia, and Employment Insurance System Malaysia
Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date
Support daily administrative operations and office management
Perform basic accounting and administrative tasks, including data entry into SQL Accounting system
Prepare invoices, quotations, and maintain customer records
Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding invoices in accordance with company payment terms
Record office expenses and ensure timely processing of payments
Monitor company cash flow (cash in/out) and maintain proper financial records
