Requirements / Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related fields
• Interest in Japanese cuisine or kitchen operations
• Willingness to learn and take instructions from senior kitchen staff
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene is an advantage (training will be provided)

Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen staff in daily food preparation tasks
• Support chefs with basic cooking and plating under supervision
• Help with ingredient preparation (washing, cutting, portioning)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas
• Follow food safety and kitchen safety standards
• Assist in stock arrangement and kitchen organization
